GoodGood, our friendly AI character, acts as a consistent moderator to ensure all letters and conversations between pals and digital characters are safe and appropriate.
  3. Comprehensive Moderation: We employ a multi-layered moderation system, including pre-moderation, post-moderation, and reactive moderation. Following that, a human moderator (bound by confidentiality obligations) is also employed to ensure safe conversations are being had, obfuscating user identifiers during that process. Our aim is to proactively identify and address any potential issues or misuse.
  4. Strict Policy Enforcement: We maintain a strict two-strike policy for high-risk content violations. Users who repeatedly breach our guidelines will face permanent account suspension to ensure a positive and safe digital environment.
  5. Data Security & Sharing: We employ industry-standard encryption, secure storage, and strict access controls to safeguard user data. Personal information, like birthday, is never displayed publicly, While your personal information remains private, the digital characters may reference your birthday in generated dialogue. We never engage with third parties in monetizing personal information.
  6. User Reporting and Support: We provide easily accessible user reporting mechanisms and a dedicated support team to address any concerns, violations, or inappropriate behavior promptly and effectively.
