This Privacy Policy (”Policy”) explains how Internet of Heart LLC and affiliated companies that operate within the United States (collectively, “Internet of Heart”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collect, use, and disclose your information when you use our websites and Services.
“Services” refers to our websites including internetofheart.com, withlove.org, and any product created and maintained by Internet of Heart LLC. That includes With Love, whether delivered within a web browser, mobile application, or another format.
“A.I. Agents” refers to Artificial Intelligence systems that respond to user inquiries. These systems include services owned and maintained by Internet of Heart LLC and third-party vendors. These Agents and systems include the animated characters on With Love.
Finally, “you” or “your” refers to the people or organizations that own an account with one or more of our Services.
Account Information
When you join Services provided by Internet of Heart you may also provide information such as an email, display name, bio, age, or location. We store your user account preferences and settings and never display any personally identifiable information publicly without your consent.
Actions You Take
We collect information about the actions you take when using the Services. This includes your interactions with the platform and content, like interactions with characters, navigation, and button clicks.
We may log information when you access and use the Services. This may include your IP address, user-agent string, browser type, operating system, referral URLs, mobile carrier name, pages visited, links clicked, the requested URL, and search terms. Internet of Heart will delete any IP addresses collected after 90 days.
Third Parties
Internet of Heart uses Artificial Intelligence to bring characters to life. Content such as letters submitted to the Services are processed by A.I. Agents. Any personally identifiable information such as address, location, or contact information should never be shared through these means. User generated content is only stored on third party servers for the length of time needed to complete processing requests.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or otherwise use the Services. Additionally, if you are located outside the United States, you must be over the age required by the laws of your country to create an account or otherwise use the Services, or we need to have obtained verifiable consent from your parent or legal guardian.
