While the vast majority of content is hand-written, from ‘minisodes’ to various pieces of dialogue, With Love uses advanced generative AI services from trusted third-party providers to create personalized, thoughtful letter responses from our characters.

While AI makes these personalized responses possible, we recognize that AI is not perfect. Since these AI systems predict responses based on patterns, they may occasionally “hallucinate,” meaning they could provide made-up or incorrect information, or respond in a way that is unclear.

Additionally, while we work hard to moderate content and ensure dialogue remains family-friendly — avoiding suggestive, violent, or dangerous themes — there may be rare instances where inappropriate responses could slip through. To combat this risk, we employ strict AI content filtering as well as human oversight to moderate generated content. However, we still recommend parents and guardians monitor interactions to ensure all generated content remains safe and appropriate.
